Wärtsilä has signed a five-year lifecycle agreement with Greek LNG management company Alpha Gas, covering two LNG carriers each powered by four Wärtsilä 34DF dual-fuel engines

The deal, booked in Q2 2025, aims to enhance vessel reliability, improve operational insights and ensure predictable maintenance costs for Alpha Gas.

Under the deal, Wärtsilä will provide continuous remote support, condition monitoring and data-driven diagnostics to optimise vessel performance and prevent unplanned downtime.
