Maintenance software for naval ships
UK-based Marine Software says that it has recently supplied its MPM (marine planned maintenance) system to Imtech Marine & Offshore of The Netherlands, for implementation onboard two Naval client vessels.
Each onboard MPM system was delivered with a commissioned interface to automatically update machinery running hours from the Imtech monitoring system for main propulsion and power generation control systems. The contract included two separate MPM user training courses at Imtech’s Rotterdam Offices, where PC-based system training was conducted for around 20 Naval personnel.
According to Imtech: “We like the MPM software product and had a good overall experience with Marine Software, from both a technical and business point of view”
