Wind propulsion specialist, bound4blue, has set up new production capabilities in China and announced strategic partnerships to step up adoption of its eSAIL suction sail technology

The move positions the company closer to Asia’s key shipbuilding hubs, where demand for low-emission solutions is growing.

The new facilities, located around Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta, will operate through a network of industrial partners with expertise in naval and offshore manufacturing.
