RMI issues first digital SRtP approval to LR-certified solution

Paper copies of SRtP documentation have been replaced with a tablet-based digitalised system aboard Regent Seven Sea Cruises’ latest vessel, Seven Seas Splendor.

Lloyd''s Register has certified a digitalised Safe Return to Port (SRtP) solution that substitutes printed documentation with a tablet-based solution. The solution, which has been implemented on Regent Seven Sea Cruises’ latest vessel, Seven Seas Splendor, helps to reduce unnecessary operation expenditure, increase safety and replaces hard copies.
