Russia’s US$270m modernisation plan for Crimean yards

Denis Manturov, Russia’s Minister of Industry and Trade, has said that up to 10 billion rubles (US$270 million) will be invested in the modernisation of Crimean shipyards by 2020, writes Eugene Gerden.
