Shell signs contract with thyssenkrupp for green hydrogen plant in Rotterdam

The greenfield 200MW Shell Holland Hydrogen 1 plant will have the largest capacity in Europe when production starts in 2024.

Shell has signed a contract with thyssenkrupp for the supply of the electrolysers for a new facility that will produce green hydrogen at the Maasvlakte in the Port of Rotterdam.
