Voith Turbo GmbH & Co. KG in Germany has acquired the share majority in AIR Fertigung-Technologie GmbH & Co. KG based in Hohen-Luckow near Rostock. With this move, Voith Turbo strengthens its leading position in the field of innovative ship propulsion systems.
