Stena Line orders two methanol-ready ferries for Belfast-Heysham route

North European short-sea specialist Stena Line has contracted AVIC Weihai to deliver two methanol-ready battery-hybrid ro-pax vessels. The cargo capacity of the newbuilds has been optimised to operate on the freight-only Belfast-Heysham route, offering a ro-ro capacity of 2,800 lane-metres.
