Josef is the Performance Analysis Manager at Anemoi Marine, where he leads the analysis, verification, and optimisation of Rotor Sail performance. He has more than eight years of experience across maritime engineering, simulation, and data science, developing practical solutions based on real-world operational data. Josefis passionate about protecting the environment and helping the shipping industry reduce emissions and move towards net zero. He holds a PhD in Maritime Engineering from the University of Southampton.
