Kathleen Elward is VP Commercial Operations at Silverstream Technologies, where she leads commercial engagement and marketing across key international markets, working with shipowners, operators and shipyards globally to accelerate maritime decarbonisation through the adoption of air lubrication technology that improves fuel efficiency and reduces emissions. She brings over two decades of commercial and engineering experience across industrial technology businesses, combining technical expertise with senior international sales leadership. Her career has included senior commercial roles at Ingersoll Rand, HydraSpecma and Ned Air BV, following a foundation in Engineering at Air Handling Systems. Kathleen holds a degree in Building Services Engineering from Northumbria University and Strategic Leadership qualifications from the Chartered Management Institute.
