P&O Maritime Logistics to convert MCV to MeOH-fuelled hybrid Cable Layer
P&O Maritime Logistics has announced plans to convert one of its Modular Carrier Vessels (MCVs) into a Cable-Laying Vessel (CLV). The conversion will see the MCV equipped with an energy storage supply (ESS) and the conversion of its engines to allow them to operate on methanol fuel.

UK project to trial UK H2-fuelled engine on general cargo vessel

Japan’s Steel Industry Backs Coastal Mode
