P&O Ferries cut carbon footprint by 9%

P&O Ferries reduced its carbon emissions by 9% in 2022, through a combination of operational efficiency initiatives and a space charter agreement with DFDS.

P&O Ferries has announced that it achieved a 9% reduction (equivalent to 85,000 tons) in its carbon emissions in 2021, by optimising its sailings and improving the efficiency of its operations.
