Safety and security of undersea infrastructure - installations such as oil and gas pipelines, telecom cables and power cables from off shore wind farms - has become major news in light of events such as the damaging of the Nord Stream 2 and Balticconnector gas pipelines. A senior naval officer said that seabed warfare should be included in the mix of new domains.
