DNV acquires cyber security firm Nixu
DNV’s takeover of Nixu will create a 500-strong team of cyber security experts
DNV is to fully acquire cyber security firm Nixu after taking ownership of more than 93% of its shares in a deal worth €98 million.
Once DNV acquires the remaining 7% the two companies’ cyber security businesses will be combined to create a 500-strong team.
