Mitsui O.S.K. Lines has agreed to acquire a 10% stake in CI Fengmiao, a company fully owned by Danish renewable energy fund Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners

CI Fengmiao holds full ownership of the Feng Miao Offshore Wind Farm, a 495-megawatt project under development in Taiwan.

The ¥25 billion (€153 million) investment marks MOL’s second venture into Taiwan’s offshore wind sector, following its earlier involvement in the Formosa I Offshore Wind Farm.
