Salary:£26’000 – £29,000 base + Uncapped OTE (£42,000+)

About Mercator
We create B2B communities and deliver content through our media brands and international exhibitions & conferences.

Core tasks

  • Provide consultative solutions from our product portfolio to UK and European clients.
  • Outbound sales across digital, events, and sponsorships on multimedia channels.
  • Manage client relationships and accounts effectively.
  • Source and convert new business opportunities.
  • Maintain regular contact with prospective, previous, and existing customers via calls and social media.
  • Achieve targets, KPIs, and business goals.
  • Work to deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously.

Your skillset

  • Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience, ideally in media & events
  • Strong pipeline management and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior professionals.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
