Head of Fleet Innovation & Projects, Hapag-Lloyd
Christoph Thiem is the Head of Fleet Innovation & Projects at Hapag-Lloyd. Together with his team, he is improving vessel performance and reducing the environmental footprint of Hapag-Lloyd’s fleet by innovation and retrofit projects.
He studied marine engineering at Hamburg University of Technology. His PhD thesis was focused on energy system simulations and life cycle assessments for ships.
