Pernille Dahlgaard is an international business executive with 25+ years of leadership experience in multinational companies. She has focused on transformation and innovation in the maritime industry in global corporations as well as by providing support to emerging companies as strategic advisor – always with an eye to prepare the industry for the future.

Pernille has worked all her life in a truly international setting and, having lived in 6 countries across the globe; she has served on the Board of Directors of established companies, start-ups and social corporations as well as mentor for INSEAD students and alumni. Furthermore, she is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at INSEAD.

Currently, Pernille Dahlgaard is the Chief Regulation & Policy Impact Officer at the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping. In this role, she plays a pivotal part in driving the global transition towards sustainable shipping by leading efforts that improve decision-making and innovation through strategic planning, data analysis, regulation and bridge building between governments and the private sector.
