Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Group (DSIC) has delivered a very efficient very large crude carrier (VLCC) to shipowner China Shipbuilding Consulting Company. The VLCC, which will be operated by Wah Kwong Ship Management Hong Kong, is among the most efficient VLCCs in operation, the shipyard claims.
