VDMA is the largest network organization and an important voice for the machinery and equipment manufacturing industry in Germany and Europe.
It’s a key supporter of The Motorship Propulsion and Future Fuels conference, which takes place in Hamburg from 19 to 21 November 2024.
With 3,600 members the association represents the common economic, technical and scientific interests of this unique and diverse industry.
VDMA will be promoting its cross-industry platform for exchange, communication, and cooperation in the P2X community, VDMA Power-to-X for Applications.
Climate protection requires the worldwide introduction of new technologies for the conversion and storage of energy. P2X is the key technology and offers great opportunities for mechanical and plant engineering.
The Power-to-X for Applications involves all important stakeholders, from the development of manufacturing processes through the production of synthetic fuels and raw materials using power-to-X technologies to the end customer. With its activities, it promotes a holistic and technology-open approach to the transformation of energy systems and raises public awareness of environmentally friendly energy use and mobility.
