Australia to offer subsidies to accelerate green hydrogen production plans

The Australian government is seeking to accelerate plans to develop a renewable hydrogen production sector, following the announcement of plans to invest AUD2 billion (USD1.33bn) to support the development of 2-3 large-scale renewable hydrogen production projects in the country’s May 2023 budget.
